Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of policies and procedures.
  • Abuse of authority or failure to perform duties.
  • Conflict of interest or failure to disclose a conflict of interest.
  • Theft, misappropriation of assets, or misuse of funds.
  • Fraud (including concealment, alteration, or deliberate destruction of facts), corruption, and other unethical conduct.
  • Direct threats to the health and safety of individuals, the environment, or public safety.
  • Violations of the Code of Conduct and policies.
  • Any act that may adversely affect ADMN.
